Christina Roszhart received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Vocal Music from East Central University (Ada, OK) in December 2011. In July 2017, Christina participated in Dolora Zajick’s prestigious Institute for Young Dramatic Voices, having only recently transitioned from mezzo-soprano to dramatic soprano in the past year. Recently in 2017, Christina performed the role of Gertrude in Gounod’s Roméo et Juliette with Center Stage Opera (CA) and the role of High Priestess in Verdi’s Aïda with the Culver City Symphony. In 2016, she was awarded 1st Place and Audience Favorite in the Professional Category of Center Stage Opera’s 3rd Annual Vocal Competition, as well as being awarded the L.A. Opera Encouragement Award by Los Angeles Opera judges, Joshua Winograde and Nino Sanikidze.

Christina acted as Resident Vocalist for the L.A. Symphonic Winds, Section Leader for the St. Mel Catholic Church Choir, and served as a Walter Fox Singer for the Verdi Chorus in Santa Monica.
